As a caregiver or parent, you find yourself always involved in your kid's activities and the feeling of being on the go. Sometimes it is nice to take time for yourself as you are just as important! Health is an important part of LIFE so if you get the chance go for a walk, jog, or gym and take that time for yourself, even if it is just 30 mins! This is a great way to feel better and clear your mind from your busy day!

I recently signed up for a FREE introductory class for Club Pilates. I am looking to strengthen my core and lose some weight. Life is so busy with the kids, work, cleaning, etc... I do not find the time to take care of my fitness needs. So, when I came across Club Pilates, I thought I have 30 mins to try something for myself. So, I signed up for the FREE Pilates class and have to say the whole experience was pleasant. When I signed up for the Free class I was emailed shortly after letting me know someone would contact me with the details of my INTRO class. I was then sent a text message by the staff asking me the goals I would like to achieve with Pilates. We chatted through text messages, and they sent me a reminder the day before the class to confirm my attendance and advise me to wear grip socks.

On the day of the class, I filled out a waiver and was greeted by the staff. The club was very clean and looked very well maintained. Everyone in the club seemed very welcoming. My instructor Michelle was very helpful and attended to everyone's needs. As this was my first time, I was nervous I might not be able to keep up, but Michelle provided each workout with different levels so if you wanted to take it easy or take it a level higher you could as well. After the class was over, they explained how you would need to wipe down all equipment, so it is sanitized for the next class.

The next day I could feel my body had a nice workout even though it felt like a low-impact exercise the day of. I would recommend you try it out yourself as they have something for everyone. I hope you enjoy it as much as did!

The club offers 50min drop-in guided classes for $39 as well as other packages to fit everyone's needs. They offer multiple classes at different times with 4 unique levels so you are sure to find the right fit for you.
